Since that time the company fulfilled two major revitalization projects: the sale of the transport and logistic partnership CJ International (gross profit from the transaction was over 42 mln pln) and the project Modena Park (the building complex in Poznań in the area of the former clothes factory Modena. The pre-contract of its sale was signed in March 2007. The value of the transaction is assessed at minimum 51 mln pln, while the investments related to the takeover of Modena together with the subsidiaries were 13,4 mln zł).

The implementation of the new strategy influenced on the Company's financial results. In 2006 TUP achieved 12,8 mln zł of net profit. The forecast for TUP for 2007 is 28 mln zł of net profit. The result should be achieved thanks to the sale of the Modena Park project in Poznań.
