Kathy Velikov is a partner in rvtr, an Assistant Professor at the University of Waterloo School of Architecture and Chair of the Canada Green Building Councils Academic Education Committee. She was recently awarded a Young Architects Forum award from the Architectural League of New York. In 2006-07 Kathy was the Oberdick Fellow at the Taubman College of Architecture and Urban Planning at the University of Michigan.

Paul Raffs reputation for high-level design excellence started at the outset of his career with an award-winning design for Torontos Waterfront Redevelopment. A partner in rvtr, Pauls experience includes involvement in world class architectural designs such as the Barcelona Olympic Redevelopment, the Armand Hammer Museum in Los Angeles, and the Concours Bibliotheque Nationale de France in Paris among others In 2005 he was the winner of the Ontario Association of Architects Placha award for architectural design excellence.
