This stackable single family concept is based on the ability to upgrade housing should the family size change by simple “docking” new modules to the existing housing structure. The basic housing consists of two fundamental modules, A and B: Concept A provides a quickly constructed framed two-storey module 8,5 m х 8,5 m, built from prefabricated parts of high factory readiness. It is supposed that Concept A can be produced using normal brick technology with the use of the appropriate heat-insulated components. Concept B is a two-level stackable structure of 6 m х 18 m that provides the extra value of re-forming housing on demand, allowing set up of additional modules on the second level, wintergarden, parking lot, garage, and terrace.
