Design Concept: FUSe

Four basic steel elements, all prefabricated by off site manufacture in order to optimise quality, speed of construction and efficiency, constitute the FUSE building's skeleton. A modular construction approach allows for flexible arrangements of internal apartments. The concept building's setback is increased in order to locate a public plaza to take advantage of sunlight during the coldest months, increasing the possibilities of its use throughout the year.
