The concept's apartments are based on a repeating module allowing the standardisation of building components and systems. Its narrow floor plates maximise cross-ventilation, generous balconies shield the building from the eastern sun and provide outdoor spaces, and steel meshes provide additional shading. A spacious residential retreat has been envisioned.
