This prefabricated building seeks to manage available resources responsibly, as well as provide enjoyable social spaces.

Physical waste is of a prime concern therefore the vision provides single space apartments into which the occupant can select any one of several cardboard fit outs. Employing cardboard with both acoustic thermal and recyclable characteristics reduces waste to an absolute minimum.

The rooftop features a winter garden and a social ‘bathhouse' featuring baths and relaxation pods with views across the city. Water is captured and stored within the pool system with overflow and other caught water directed to underground tanks integrated into the foundations of the building.
