This clever designs allows the addition of extra rooms, allowing families to grow without having to move houses.

These 3-room apartments are organised on 2 levels with the living-room enjoying a double height. The plan arrangement allows the user to extend the surface of the apartment and add a bedroom by creating (self building) an additional floor, thanks to a system of light-weight steel structure floors. The 3-room apartments are so turned into 4-room ones.

Ventilation of the apartments is created by large ducts installed within the façade that function according to the principles of natural convection through a solar chimney, empowered by a mechanical self-regulated system.
