Ian Moore Architect's approach has been to design a system rather than just a one off building. This flexible system of building elements allows maximum adaptability when looking at the project in the context of multiple replication of the prototype.

This scheme draws together an expressive, steel, exoskeleton, a floating parasol roof, a modular lightweight wall and flooring system and a filtering, lightweight, veil as a flexible system of parts.
