Architecture Paradigm produced a highly flexible design that interprets the unique connection of the tropical Indian lifestyle with the open and semi open spaces in the case of multifamily housing.

The design itself features a ground floor with space for parking and for service requirements. While the upper levels house two units per floor level. These units work around a central service core consisting of the stair, the lift, utilities etc. This core along with the kitchen and the toilets formed the datum around which rest of the spaces could change and work.

The various unit types allow the builder and end-user the opportunity to combine different blocks with different permutations and combinations depending on need.
