This design approach involves varying levels of patterns which overlap and integrate to form a cohesive design fabric. The design is structured around pre-manufactured modules that are configured on site in a stacking formation.

Module locations are adaptable in arrangement to suit changing needs. Apartments can be located as single level units or spread across two levels. The ability to arrange modules in varying ways provides for maximum flexibility in construction and use.

The stacking arrangement requires no superstructure and all components are pre-manufactured before delivery to site. Add on components such as decks and walkways are also created with high levels of pre-manufacture to allow for rapid installation at point of creation.
