Yinghua garden dwelling house

Located in Laiwu city Gangcheng district, Shandong province, Yinghua park dwelling house consists of two multi-family low rises and two multi-family high rises, with the total building area 22,000 square meters. Yinghua park dwelling house is the first residence that was built by civil hot rolled H frame steel and was awarded the excellent energy saving demonstrative building in Shandong province.

With the steel-frame structure, the number of storeys for the multi-family high rises is twelve and the total height is 34.8 meters. With the steel-frame brace configuration, the number of storeys for the multi-family low rises is six and the total height is 17.9 meters. The Yinghua park dwelling was designed by Laiwu steel construction Co.Ltd.

The structure system is steel frame-core canister system shear force wall structure. The column is circular steel-concrete tube and the beam is H profiled bar.

The external wall – the wall plate manufactured by the Lai Wu metallurgy construction Co.Ltd. The internal –GRC; external partition wall- modified plaster block.

The average steel quantity: 33.2kg/m2.

The floor form is concrete made in site.

 The comprehensive cost for the building is 1140 RMB/m2, which is the same as the concrete shear force wall. Apart from the energy saving investment cost of 114 RMB per square meters, the comprehensive cost the building area is 1026 RMB/m2. Given the fact that the additional effective area by the H profiled bar and novel wall material, the last comprehensive cost is 986 RMB/m2.
